Sugar Bush Visit - March 28, 2003    Walking up the hill to the sugar shack.    We learned all about maple syrup production from tapping trees to boiling sap.    A highlight was testing the finished product.    We all saved room for maple candy.    Everyone enjoyed the outing. Then it was time to head down the hill to our cars.
