Yes it was a waterfowl outing but the trutles are always popular!

Cooler than usual so fewer were sunning themselves.

Another non-waterfowl sighting.

With so many looking we did of course see waterfowl.

Common Loon and a Cormorant taking off.
Most of the ducks were too far away for good photos..

Osprey were seen flying and on the nesting platforms.

We had good views of the Common Snipe and his cousin, the American Robin.

Many cans were picked up as we strolled and it was a good chance to visit.

Some walked or leaned on their own.

We had a chance to see Paul's blind.

On reflection it was a great day to be outdoors!
